- First Communion registration and calendars are included with K-5 Faith Formation and/or Youth Group.
- 2024-25 online registration deadline was Aug. 19; please email rose@stagnesnaples.org to make an appointment if you would still like to register. Online registration for 2025-26 will be open June 1-Aug 18..

- Those who are Baptized and are in 9th-12th grade seeking First Communion should make an appointment with the Coordinator of Faith Formation before the registration deadline to formulate a specific plan for the sacramental needs of your family; year 1 information here, year 2 information here.
- Formation continues through grade 12 and beyond.
